1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using CityRadar you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of service

CityRadar aggregates publicly available records — including the City of Calgary Open Data portal, Google Places, and other public search sources — and presents normalized business listings and evidence-backed signals. CityRadar is an intelligence and discovery tool, not an official record of any business or government body.

3. Data accuracy and no warranty

All data is derived from third-party public records and is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranty that listings, categories, dates, or signals are complete, accurate, current, or fit for any particular purpose. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before relying on it.

4. Permitted use

You may use CityRadar for lawful business research and outreach consistent with these terms and applicable law, including anti-spam (e.g. Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation) and privacy requirements.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the data for unlawful, harassing, or deceptive purposes.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute the data in bulk except as expressly permitted.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or circumvent the security of the service.

6. Intellectual property

Underlying public records remain the property of their respective sources and are subject to those sources’ licences and terms. CityRadar’s compilation, presentation, and derived signals are owned by CityRadar.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CityRadar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions made in reliance on the data. The service is provided without warranties of any kind.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of CityRadar after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
